Cherry and Almond Quick Bread

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a bread pan with baking spray.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and almond paste until well blended.
- 3. Add the sugar and mix well, then add the eggs one at a time and beat until incorporated.
- 4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add to the sugar mixture alternating with the milk.
- 5. Gently fold in the cherries.
- 6. Pour the batter into the bread pan and bake for 55-60 minutes until the bread pulls away from the sides and the top is golden brown.
- 7. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
