Instructions
- Blend almond butter, olive oil, and eggs until smooth.
- Combine arrowroot powder, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well combined.
- Fold in the dried apricots, cranberries, seeds, and sliced almonds.
- Grease a loaf pan with olive oil and dust it with almond flour.
- Transfer the batter into the loaf pan and sprinkle remaining sliced almonds on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 1 hour before serving.
