Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and prepare a bread pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Mix the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the maple syrup, almond milk, applesauce, and orange extract, mixing well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly, then add the melted coconut oil and mix again.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bread pan and bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is fully cooked.
- While the bread bakes, prepare the glaze by softening the cream cheese in the microwave, then mixing it until smooth and adding the other glaze ingredients.
- Once baked, let the bread cool for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan, then allow it to cool for at least an hour before drizzling with glaze.
