Cranberry Bread with Orange Glaze

The glaze

powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9" x 5" loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and granulated sugar.
- Mix the melted butter, egg, buttermilk, and vanilla into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Toss the cranberries with 1 tablespoon of flour and fold them along with the orange zest into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool for 10 minutes, then invert it onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, mix the powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth and drizzle it over the cooled bread.
- Allow the glaze to set, then slice and serve.
