Instructions
- 1. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan and set aside.
- 2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cranberries, and orange zest.
- 4. In a medium bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, fresh orange juice, and egg.
- 5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- 7. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- 8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
