Ingredients

  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour

  • cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. 1. Grease an 8x4 loaf pan and set aside.
  2. 2. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  3. 3. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cranberries, and orange zest.
