Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease 4 mini-loaf pans or two standard loaf pans.
- In a small bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
- In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients together.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir to combine evenly.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and transfer the batter to the loaf pans.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before cutting.
