Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a food processor.
- Add eggs, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup to the mixture and pulse until combined.
- Remove the blade from the food processor and stir in the frozen cranberries.
- Pour the batter into two greased mini loaf pans.
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool the loaves before serving.
