Mango Sticky Rice

Instructions
- Soak the glutinous rice for at least 8 hours or overnight.
- Prepare a steamer with a banana leaf, drain the rice, and spread it on the leaf with pandan leaves. Steam for 20-25 minutes until translucent.
- While the rice cooks, cut the mangoes into small cubes and chill them.
- Heat coconut milk in a saucepan over low heat, adding salt and sugar until dissolved. Reserve ¼ cup for serving.
- Once the rice is cooked, transfer it to a bowl and mix in the remaining coconut milk until it reaches a thick porridge consistency. Let it cool to room temperature.
- Serve the sticky rice with chilled mangoes, drizzle with reserved coconut milk, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
