Instructions
- Rinse the black rice thoroughly until the water runs clear.
- Drain the rice and add it to a pot with water and pandan leaves.
- Cover and bring to a boil over medium to low heat for about 60 minutes.
- Lower the heat to simmer and continue cooking until the rice is soft.
- Add sugar to taste and stir to combine.
- In a separate pot, heat the coconut milk with salt and stir well.
- Serve the black sticky rice in bowls topped with coconut milk.
