Instructions

  1. Combine glutinous rice flour and water in a bowl, mixing until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough until consistent and soft, adding more flour if too sticky.
  3. Dust a surface with rice flour, divide the dough, and shape into balls.
  4. Flatten each dough ball and place a ball of red bean paste in the center, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Press the filled dough into a pancake shape, coating with sesame seeds.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Serve warm.
