Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour with slightly less than 1 cup of water until the dough is soft but not runny.
- Knead the dough until the texture is consistent and slightly sticky.
- Dust a surface with rice flour, divide the dough, and shape it into balls.
- Flatten each ball into a round piece and place a ball of red bean paste in the center.
- Pinch the edges to seal the filling and shape it into a pancake.
- Press sesame seeds onto both sides of the cake.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the cakes until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve warm.
