Ingredients

  • ½ cup white roasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour with slightly less than 1 cup of water until the dough is soft but not runny.
  2. Knead the dough until the texture is consistent and slightly sticky.
  3. Dust a surface with rice flour, divide the dough, and shape it into balls.
  4. Flatten each ball into a round piece and place a ball of red bean paste in the center.
  5. Pinch the edges to seal the filling and shape it into a pancake.
  6. Press sesame seeds onto both sides of the cake.
  7. Heat oil in a skillet and cook the cakes until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Serve warm.
