Instructions
- Combine glutinous rice flour, water, and sugar in a bowl and knead until smooth.
- Divide the red bean paste and dough into 10 equal pieces, covering them to prevent drying.
- Flatten each piece of dough, place the filling in the center, and seal tightly.
- Coat each ball with water and roll in sesame seeds to cover evenly.
- Heat oil to 158°F (70°C) in a pot and deep fry the sesame balls in batches until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve immediately.
