Simple Sesame Rice

Instructions
- Mince the garlic and sauté it in butter over medium heat until fragrant.
- Add the rice and toast it for 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Carefully add water and soy sauce, stir briefly, then bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the rice rest for 5 minutes with the lid on.
- Fluff the rice with a fork, then drizzle with toasted sesame oil and add sesame seeds, folding gently to combine.
- Serve warm.
