Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice a few times and drain thoroughly.
- Combine water, salt, and coconut oil in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Add the rinsed rice, stir quickly, cover, and reduce heat to a low simmer for 12 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and let the rice sit covered for 10 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
