Instructions
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until it runs clean and drain well.
- In a medium non-stick saucepan, heat the coconut milk and coconut water over medium-high heat until boiling.
- Add salt to the boiling liquids, then add the rice and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer until the water is absorbed, about 17 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it rest covered for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and fluff the rice with a fork before serving warm.
