The fat
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large pot and stir well.
- Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Once boiling, cover and reduce heat to low.
- Simmer for 18-20 minutes until all liquid is absorbed.
- Let the rice rest for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.
