Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a smooth paste.
- Divide the dough and red bean paste into 10 balls each.
- Flatten a sticky rice ball, place a red bean ball in the center, and seal it.
- Roll the dumpling to ensure there are no leaks and place on parchment paper.
- Prepare ginger syrup by boiling water with pounded ginger for 10-15 minutes.
- Add rock sugar to the syrup and boil for an additional 5 minutes.
- Bring another pot of water to a boil and drop in the dumplings.
- Once the dumplings float, transfer them to the ginger syrup and serve.
