Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing ground peanuts, sugar, and peanut butter until it can be shaped into balls, then divide into 24 balls.
- In a bowl, mix glutinous rice flour with water to form a smooth paste, then divide into 24 equal balls.
- Flatten each dough ball, place a filling ball in the center, and seal the dumpling by folding and rolling it into a smooth shape.
- To make the ginger syrup, boil water with ginger and pandan leaves for 10-15 minutes, then add sugar and simmer until reduced to about 4 cups.
- Boil a separate pot of water and gently drop in the dumplings. Once they float, transfer them to the ginger syrup and serve immediately.
