Instructions
- Prepare the dumpling wrappers by mixing flour, salt, and warm water until a rough dough forms. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth, then let it rest for another 10 minutes.
- Divide the dough into two portions, roll into cylinders, and cut into 15 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a round wrapper.
- Prepare the filling by combining ground pork, sweet corn, chopped shrimp, egg, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Assemble the dumplings by placing a spoonful of filling on each wrapper, folding it in half, and sealing the edges.
- Boil water in a pot and cook the dumplings for 5 minutes after they float, then remove and serve with dipping sauce.
