Dipping Sauce

Chinese black vinegar

Instructions
- Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine well.
- To make the dipping sauce, combine black vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger in a small dish.
- Take a dumpling wrapper and place about 1 heaping teaspoon of filling in the center.
- Moisten the outer edges of the wrapper with water, fold it in half, and press to seal tightly.
- Place the dumplings on a floured surface to prevent sticking and repeat until all filling is used.
- Boil a pot of water, drop in the dumplings, and cover the pot.
- Once the dumplings float to the surface, remove them with a slotted spoon and serve with dipping sauce.
