wonton skin

Soy-Vinegar Dipping Sauce

Instructions
- Clean and rinse the shrimps, then pat dry and set aside the dipping sauce.
- Cut the shrimps into small pieces, mix with chives and marinate with the remaining filling ingredients for 30 minutes.
- Lay a wonton skin flat, wet the edges, add a teaspoon of filling, and fold it.
- Seal the dumplings tightly with water and repeat until all filling is used.
- Heat oil in a pan, add dumplings, cover, and pan-fry until golden brown on both sides.
