Sekihan (Sticky Red Bean Rice)

Instructions
- Wash and drain the glutinous rice, setting it aside.
- Wash and drain the azuki beans.
- In a pressure cooker or Instant Pot, combine the azuki beans and water, then cook.
- After cooking, release the pressure and ladle the water back and forth to oxidize the beans.
- Add the washed rice and salt to the cooker.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Release the pressure naturally.
- Stir the rice gently and serve with black sesame seeds on top.
