Instructions
- Prepare the avocado crema by blending avocado, lime juice, cilantro, water, and salt until smooth.
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the cauliflower to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on each side.
- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, and salt, then coat the cauliflower with the spice mixture.
- Pour in water, cover the pan, and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 5 minutes.
- Taste the cauliflower and adjust salt if necessary.
- Blister the tortillas over an open flame, then assemble the tacos with cauliflower, avocado crema, green onions, cilantro, radishes, and cotija cheese.
