Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken with salt, smoked paprika, cumin, and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden on both sides.
- Remove the chicken and keep it warm.
- In the same pan, reduce heat to medium, add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Return the chicken to the pan, add salsa, and mix to coat the chicken.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
