Instructions
- Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash until smooth with a fork, then add lime juice.
- In another bowl, mix pineapple, papaya, mango, garlic, onion, and cilantro gently.
- Combine the fruit mixture with the mashed avocado and adjust seasonings as needed.
- For plantain chips, preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare baking sheets.
- Peel and slice plantains thinly, then mix with salt and paprika.
- Bake plantains for 12-20 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown.
- Alternatively, fry sliced plantains in hot oil until slightly brown, then drain on paper towels.
