Chunky Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • handful cilantro
  • 1-2 juices limes
  • 1 optional jalapeno
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the avocados in half and set aside the pits.
  2. Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl and slice it into medium-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using) and add them to the bowl.
  4. Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes into the bowl.
  5. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
  6. Gently stir everything together, keeping it chunky.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Serve with plantain chips or fresh veggies.
