Instructions
- Slice the avocados in half and set aside the pits.
- Scoop the avocado flesh into a large bowl and slice it into medium-sized pieces.
- Dice the red onion, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeno (if using) and add them to the bowl.
- Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes into the bowl.
- Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
- Gently stir everything together, keeping it chunky.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with plantain chips or fresh veggies.
