Perfect Chunky Guacamole

Instructions
- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and peel the skins off.
- Chop the avocado flesh into smaller cubes and add to a large bowl.
- Add the chopped onion, tomato, garlic, and jalapeño to the bowl.
- Use a potato masher to mash the ingredients into the avocado.
- Add the cilantro and lime juice, and stir with a spoon.
- Season with salt and pepper, stir thoroughly, and adjust to taste.
- Serve immediately.
