Instructions
- Combine the diced tomato, jalapeño pepper, chopped onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Score the flesh of the avocados and scoop the pulp into the bowl.
- Mash the avocado with a fork, mixing it with the other ingredients while leaving some chunks for texture.
- Let the guacamole sit for about 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve fresh or store in an airtight container with plastic film pressed against the surface to prevent discoloration.
