Sweet Potato Pizza Crust

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Pulse the sweet potato and oats in a food processor until finely mixed.
- 3. Add the egg, garlic powder, and salt, and pulse again until it resembles a loose dough.
- 4. Transfer the mixture to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza pan and shape into crusts.
- 5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is dry to the touch.
- 6. Let cool, invert onto the pan with the dry side down, and gently peel off the parchment.
- 7. Brush the top with olive oil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes for a crispy finish.
- 8. Top with your favorite pizza toppings and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
