Instructions
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add the ground beef, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the meat until browned and crispy, about 8 minutes.
- Add chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeno; cook until softened, about 1 minute.
- Add water and spices, cooking until the water evaporates, about 1 minute, then stir in the tomato and remove from heat.
- Return the skillet to heat and add spiralized zucchini, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder; cook for about 30 seconds.
- Top the zoodles with the reserved meat mixture and garnish with extra tomatoes and jalapeno.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
