The beef

  • 4 pounds boneless beef roast

The broth and seasoning

  • 5 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Add the beef roast, beef broth, onion, and garlic to a large pot.
  2. Sprinkle the beef evenly with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for 2-3 hours.
  5. Remove the beef and shred it using two forks.
