Instructions
- Combine all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and whisk well.
- Pat the beef roast dry and coat it with the seasoning mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat and sear the beef roast on all sides until golden brown.
- Add beef broth, orange juice, and lime juice to the pot, cover, and cook on medium-low heat for 2 to 2½ hours until tender.
- Shred the beef using two forks and return it to the pot, cooking uncovered for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly.
- Warm the tortillas in a skillet or microwave, then serve the shredded beef in the tortillas with desired toppings.
