Instructions
- Combine Greek yogurt or mayo, lime juice, chipotle chili pepper, honey, and sea salt in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- In a large bowl, toss the cabbage, carrots, green onions, and cilantro with the dressing.
- Refrigerate the slaw until serving.
- Warm the shredded beef according to package directions.
