Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook onion, jalapeño, and chipotle pepper for 8 minutes.
- Add garlic, chili powder, and cumin to the skillet and cook for an additional minute.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then transfer it to a slow cooker.
- Stir in beef broth and sweetener, then add the beef.
- Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours until the meat can be easily pulled apart.
- Shred the beef and heat the tortillas in a skillet until warm.
- Serve the tacos with desired toppings.
