Instructions
- Prepare the taco slaw dressing by whisking together cilantro, lime juice, oil, maple syrup, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, and jalapeno. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
- In another small bowl, whisk together vinegar, avocado oil, paprika, and cumin. Season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease and stir in the spice mixture, cooking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Heat the tortillas in a dry skillet until warm.
- Assemble the tacos by adding beef to the tortillas and topping with slaw, queso fresco, and avocado cream.
