Instructions
- Combine crushed pineapple, BBQ sauce, and broth in a large skillet and bring to a simmer.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix ground chicken, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Shape the mixture into 16 meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the cooked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat before garnishing.
