Instructions
- Soak pitted dates in boiling water for 30 minutes to soften them, then rinse.
- Add dates, sea salt, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and ¾ cup of warm milk to a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- Add the remaining ¼ cup of warm milk and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve with fruits, oatmeal, or toast, and store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
