Coffee Popsicles

canned full-fat coconut milk

Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool to room temperature.
- Blend the coffee, coconut milk, sweetener, and salt for 30 seconds, or whisk vigorously for 2 minutes if not using a blender.
- Fill the popsicle molds with the coffee mixture.
- Freeze the molds until the popsicles are solid, about 4-5 hours.
- Remove the popsicles from the mold and enjoy.
