Coffee Protein Ice Pops

ground coffee
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or coffee as desired.
- Pour the mixture into ice pop molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze until set, about 4 to 6 hours.
- To remove the pops, place the mold in hot water for 15-30 seconds.
- Serve frozen and store any extras in a sealed container in the freezer.
