Ooh La Latte Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 3 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into freezer-pop molds, leaving about ½ inch from the top.
  3. Freeze the pops until firm, which takes about 6 hours.
  4. To remove the pops, run hot water over the outside of the molds briefly.
