Ingredients

The pops

  • 1 cup Vanilla Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • cup Smooth Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 3 tbsp Honey (optional)

Optional garnish

  • ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
  • to taste crushed dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Blend the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, almond milk, and honey until smooth and pourable.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving ½ inch of space at the top.
  3. Freeze the molds for 2-3 hours.
  4. To remove the pops, run warm water over the molds for about 30 seconds.
  5. For optional garnish, melt dark chocolate chips and drizzle over the pops, adding crushed peanuts before the chocolate sets.
