Honey Yogurt Popsicles

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness with more honey if desired.
- Divide half of the fruit among 8 popsicle holders.
- Add ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture to each holder, then add the remaining fruit, pressing it down to distribute evenly.
- Top off with more yogurt mixture, leaving at least ¼ inch of space at the top of each holder.
- Freeze the popsicles for several hours until completely solid.
