Berry Parfait Yogurt Popsicles

The yogurt mixture

The granola
Instructions
- Cook the fruit with honey in a saucepan until it reaches a thick, jammy consistency.
- Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and let cool.
- Mix Greek yogurt, milk, and honey in a bowl, adjusting sweetness to taste.
- Coat granola with a portion of the yogurt mixture.
- Layer yogurt, granola, and fruit in popsicle molds, tapping to remove air pockets.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, about 6 hours or overnight.
- Run molds under hot water briefly to unmold and enjoy.
