Ingredients

The popsicle mixture

  • 2 cups unsweetened plain whole-milk kefir or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

The berries

  • 6 ounces fresh strawberries or raspberries
  • 6 ounces fresh blueberries or blackberries

Instructions

  1. Blend one type of berries until pureed and pourable, then transfer to a bowl.
  2. Rinse the food processor and blend the second type of berry, transferring it to another bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the kefir, honey, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Alternate layers of the kefir mixture and berry purees in the popsicle molds, using a chopstick to create swirls.
  5. Transfer the popsicle molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 6 hours before removing.
