Roasted Berry and Honey Yogurt Popsicles

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a bowl, toss the berries with sugar, sea salt, and honey.
- 3. Spread the berries on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
- 4. While the berries roast, blend the Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix in honey to taste.
- 5. Let the roasted berries cool for 10 minutes, then fold them into the yogurt mixture.
- 6. Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
- 7. Freeze for at least 4 hours, then run warm water around the molds to release the popsicles.
