Ingredients

The fruit

  • 12 ounces small berries (like blueberries and raspberries)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar (preferably turbinado sugar, optional)
  • 1 dash sea salt

The yogurt mixture

  • 2 tablespoons honey (to taste)
  • ¼ cup honey (to taste)
  • 2 cups whole Greek yogurt
  • ½ small lemon (juiced)

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a bowl, toss the berries with sugar, sea salt, and honey.
  3. 3. Spread the berries on the baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 30 minutes, stirring halfway.
  4. 4. While the berries roast, blend the Greek yogurt and lemon juice in a bowl and mix in honey to taste.
  5. 5. Let the roasted berries cool for 10 minutes, then fold them into the yogurt mixture.
  6. 6. Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  7. 7. Freeze for at least 4 hours, then run warm water around the molds to release the popsicles.
