Instructions
- Heat a large pot over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and red chili flakes, cooking for about 30 seconds while stirring.
- Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer without boiling.
- Add the mussels, salt, and pepper to the pot, cover, and simmer for 5-7 minutes until the mussels open.
- Discard any mussels that do not open, then stir in the lemon juice and parsley.
- Adjust salt to taste and serve immediately, garnished with lemon wedges and parsley sprigs.
