Instructions
- Make the cilantro lime cauliflower rice according to the recipe.
- In a large bowl, toss the steak with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning.
- Heat the remaining tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the steak in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
