mushrooms, diced

mini sweet peppers, sliced into strips

Instructions
- Prepare the mushrooms, peppers, and cabbage by cutting and shredding them.
- Mix the ground beef with salt, pepper, and chipotle powder, then form into 4 patties.
- Cook the bacon in a large pan over medium heat until almost crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Use some of the bacon grease to sauté the mushrooms and peppers in a separate pan.
- In the same pan used for the bacon, cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Sauté the mushrooms and peppers until cooked down, then reduce heat to simmer.
- Cook the eggs in a small pan to your desired doneness.
- Assemble the bowls with a base of cabbage, topped with a burger patty, sautéed mushrooms, peppers, and an egg.
