Ingredients

The burgers

  • 1 lb grass-fed ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

The toppings

  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • ½ cup olives, sliced
  • 1 whole avocado, sliced
  • 3 whole pastured eggs
  • 4 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crispy and set aside on a paper towel.
  2. Mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, then form into 3 patties.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Chop the toppings while the burgers are cooking.
  5. In a separate pan, cook an egg over easy for each burger.
  6. Assemble the burger by placing spinach on the bottom, adding the burger patty, and piling on the sauerkraut, olives, avocado, egg, and bacon.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
