Paleo Burgers with Caramelized Balsamic Onions

Instructions
- Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and add the sliced onions, sauté until lightly caramelized for about 10-15 minutes.
- Add balsamic vinegar to the onions and sauté for another 5 minutes, then set aside.
- Form six ¼ lb burgers from the ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil, and cook the burgers for 3-5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the burgers from the skillet and let them sit for 1 minute.
- Assemble the burgers with a slice of tomato, shredded lettuce, the burger patty, balsamic caramelized onions, and sliced avocado.
